It’s the 23rd of the First lunar month today and we celebrated Seth’s ‘Tor3 Zhe3′ (aka 1st birthday in Hokkien)!
I made him the traditional bowl of rice noodles (mee sua! but I used somien instead since they tase alike!) with 2 eggs (he could only take 1 yolk thou!) and a steamed chicken drumstick! He loved it!! It’s one of the few times when he ate without distractions (toys!) or crankiness (maybe cos he just woke up from his nap!).
